WHAT IS A SALES TABLE?

A sales table is a single 6 foot (1.8m) wide x 2 foot (0.6096m) deep table (Unless you book more than 1) that you sell or display items from. If you require a backing table, these must be requested at time of booking and will be supplied at £10 each, backing tables will only be provided for retailers and not for those booking small press tables.

HOW MUCH ARE SALES TABLES?

Sales tables for retailers are£150 per 6x2 foot table and £75 for members of the small press.

HOW DO I BOOK A SALES TABLE?

Please contact us on the following email traders@mcsf.co.uk with a description of the products you sell, if you can please provide photographs of the products that would be on sale and let us know how many tables you require. Once we have confirmed your booking payment will need to be made in full.

CAN I BRING MY OWN TABLES?

No, you can only use tables provided by Medway Comic and Screen Festival.

WHAT CAN I SELL?​​
Anything as long as its legal in this country. No food or drink of any kind can be sold at Medway Comic and Screen Festival. All displays must be in good taste and reflect a family friendly environment.

HOW MANY CHAIRS DO I GET?
1 chair per table will be provided.

HOW MANY DEALERS PASSES DO I GET?
Medway Comic and Film Festival will provide 2 passes for the first table booked and then 1 pass per additional table booked.

WHAT TIME IS SET UP?
Set up is from 7am on the Saturday and all dealers must be ready to trade from 9.30am.

If something gets lost, stolen or broken am I covered on the Medway Comic and Screen Festival insurance?
At NO point is any of your stock, items or personal belonging covered under the Medway Comic and Screen Festival insurance. You will have to arrange your own insurance cover.

What do we do with our stock after the show finishes?
Please ensure you take all your belongings. Everything left in the hall after breakdown will be cleared and considered to be trash by the venue and will be destroyed.

I changed my mind and want to cancel my booking, can I get my money back?

No, all bookings are final, non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason.​
